Andy Reid teased during a new interview that he was invited to Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's upcoming wedding
The Kansas City Chiefs coach joked that he plans to attend if he doesn't "outgrow [his] tuxedo before then"
Reid added that he's "happy" for the couple, who are so "in love"
Andy Reid is planning to watch Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift walk down the aisle soon.
During his appearance on The Drive show on radio station 96.5 TheFan on Thursday, May 14, the Kansas City Chiefs head coach, 68, hinted that he was invited and plans on attending the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the "Opalite" singer's upcoming wedding.
After being directly asked by host Carrington Harrison if Kelce and Swift, both 36, sent him a wedding invitation, Reid teased, "Well, I probably have. You know, I probably have. And if I don't outgrow my tuxedo before then,I'm going."

Harrison said for "the social event of maybe our lifetime," he should get a brand new tuxedo, to which Reid laughed and responded, "I'm not the show, I'm not the show. I'm just gonna show up."
"Those guys, I'm so happy for 'em," Reid added. "When [it] really comes down to it, it doesn't matter how big the show is around them. They're in love and that's the most important thing."
Shortly after Kelce and Swift announced their engagement in August 2025, Reid reacted to the happy news during an interview with Kansas City sports radio 810 that month.

"Listen, I’m happy for 'em," Reid said. "It’s hard to find somebody that you fall in love with, that’s not an easy thing to really fall in love and it seems like they’re there.”

"I think it’s a great deal for both of them. They like being around each other and that’s a plus I think," he continued at the time, adding, "They’re both busy people in their own right, and both are very famous in their own right, so its kinda neat that they come together and handle themselves the way they do."

Just weeks before the power couple announced their engagement, Reid was asked during his appearance on 96.5 The Fan if he could share stories he'd want to tell about the couple at their potential future wedding. "Well there are a few I can't tell," he replied.
After being playfully pressed for an answer, Reid said of his star player, "No, there are a lot of great stories. He's done so many good things, all the things he's done off the field that people don't know about, just helping people out. He's got a big heart that way and I appreciate that the most."
