Blake Lively Shares Relatable Photos of How She Makes It Through a Day in Heels

Blake Lively swapped her usual glamorous heels for a pair of sneakers while attending a soccer game at Yankee Stadium this week
In a series of Instagram Stories, she also highlighted her vintage Hermès bag and joked, “I know the bag is distracting”
The star attended Wrexham’s pre-season match against Liverpool FC on Wednesday at Yankee Stadium
Behind every pair of Blake Lively’s fashionable high-heel statement shoes is some comfy sneakers.
In photos shared to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, July 30, the actress, 38, showed off the glamorous heels he wore to attend a soccer game in New York City — before revealing that they had to be swapped out for something more comfortable.
“24 hours in NY...” she captioned her first Stories post, showing off her black leather heels that she paired with a gold anklet around one ankle. “How it started.”
The Gossip Girl alum also tagged Wrexham AFC, the Welsh soccer club co-owned by her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and the Yankees, as Wrexham took over Yankee Stadium for a pre-season match against Liverpool FC on Wednesday.
The next photo showed Lively rocking red and white Nike Air Jordans, along with the caption, “How it ended.”

The following morning, Lively was back to wearing heels, this time sporting a pair of blue, open-toed shoes topped with a bow. She also showed off her pink Hermès bag, accessorized with a scarf around the handle.
“The next morning,” she captioned the photo, before acknowledging the designer purse and the shop where she got it.

“I know the bag is distracting,” Lively wrote. “Sabrina @luxurypromise has the most incredible vintage finds. She has a great eye and the most unique pieces. I don’t gate keep incredible founders. She’s as fabulous as she is kind.”
She also showed off her morning latte, jokingly adding “Breakfast of the champions,” before crossing out “Champions” and adding “Moms.”

Prior to Lively sharing her black leather-heeled look on Instagram, the actress was photographed stepping out with Reynolds, 49, in New York.
For the afternoon outing, Lively wore an oversized blue-and-white striped button-down shirt and jeans, accessorizing with a pair of blue heels and her small magenta suede bag from Hermès.
It’s not clear exactly which style the actress was toting, but it appeared to be the brand’s size 25 option. A similar style is available for resale for $68,000.
Reynolds went for khaki overalls over a white T-shirt and sneakers. He carried what appeared to be the Hermès Togo Leather Birkin in size 50, which is priced at $56,800 for resale.
The actors share four children, including daughters James, 11, Inez, 9, and Betty, 6, and son Olin, 3.
Last month, Lively celebrated Reynolds on Father’s Day with a sweet Instagram Stories tribute.
“No one I’ve ever known is greater than this man,” she wrote alongside a photo of the Deadpool actor carrying and kissing one kid.
In a follow-up post, the It Ends with Us actress shared three pictures of the pair beaming as they strolled around what appeared to be New York City in the sun together.
“Father of all of my favorite children,” she jokingly captioned the post.
