Burger King wants to make sure customers are happy with their Whopper.

On Monday, July 20, the fast food chain announced the launch of a new “Whopper Guarantee” policy, which it calls “a commitment to Whopper excellence.”

“If a Whopper doesn’t meet a Guest’s expectations, the brand will not only continue to remake it on the spot, but they’ll offer the Guest’s next Whopper for free,” reads a release shared with PEOPLE.

Customers can scan the QR code inside their Whopper box to receive a six-digit code that can be redeemed for a free Whopper during their next visit to the restaurant.

Burger King also introduced another initiative geared toward “providing a consistent, accurate and welcoming in-restaurant experience.”

The chain will add a “reimagined” restaurant manager role, with the title “Your Way Champion.”

The company says the new role was “designed to empower restaurant leaders” and will include welcoming guests, ensuring orders are prepared according to customers’ requests and “being available to make things right whenever needed.”

The two initiatives “mark the next chapter in the Burger King brand’s ongoing elevation journey, turning real Guest feedback into meaningful action in restaurants across the country,” the company said.

Burger King said both new features were inspired by feedback from “thousands” of customers via the company’s Listening Initiative, the same one that encouraged guests to call President Tom Curtis and share their thoughts in February.

That same month, Burger King announced the Whopper was getting a makeover for the first time in nearly 10 years.

The changes were inspired by guests’ input, per a Feb. 26 press release, and are aimed at offering a “higher-quality Whopper experience.”

The Whopper’s upgrades include a “more premium, better tasting” bun and “better tasting mayo.”

Now, the new Whopper is served in a box.

The toppings were given an update too: The new Whopper comes “stacked tall with freshly cut onions and tomatoes and crisp lettuce, tangy pickles.”
