Right now, they are finishing construction, with hopes of opening sometime in June, according to Tamara Young, public information director for the city of Destin.
The pickleball courts next to the Destin City Hall Annex are taking shape. The fencing is up, bathrooms installed, pathway is down, and a resting area is in place.
But if you have driven by the Destin City Hall Annex lately, it's obvious that progress is being made on the pickleball courts next door.
