Emily in Paris star Lily Collins is celebrating a major milestone, but she’s doing so in a very chic and fashionable style.
Five years after the Netflix series was released, the rom-com drama returned with its fifth season, delivering fresh storylines, engaging side plots, surprising romances and plenty of entertaining moments that kept viewers hooked.
On Dec. 18, the streaming giant dropped all 10 episodes, which highlight Emily Cooper’s journey in Paris and Rome as she navigates her professional and personal life.
More than two weeks after the season’s debut, Emily in Paris surged to the No. 1 spot on Netflix for an entire week.
To celebrate the major success, the 36-year-old star took to Instagram to share a photo of herself wearing one of her favorite looks from the show, proudly announcing the exciting achievement to fans.

“Lady in red — one of my favorite looks. Thank you for making @emilyinparis #1 on @netflix for a whole week! We're feeling the love and couldn't do this without you…” she captioned her post.
Fans in the comment section couldn’t help but swoon over her beauty and impeccable sense of style.

“Love the red! Plus, the shoes are so fun,” a follower said.
“This outfit is definitely my fave,” one wrote, agreeing on Collins’ fashion pick.
“So cute! I loved this look. Devoured the whole season already,” a fan echoed.
British-American footwear and accessories designer Paul Andrew, who designed Emily’s iconic red shoes, wrote, “You look amazing in those shoes. Hope you enjoyed wearing them as much as I enjoyed seeing you wear them.”
The striking red outfit was featured in one episode of the Netflix show.
As mentioned, Collins’ character wore the Paul Andrew ‘GLASS’ pump shoes in tomato spazzolato, made with plexiglass heels.
In addition to this, she also wore the Alhambra bag by Egyptian brand MESH--MESH. The ruby red 3D-printed purse was inspired by the architectural elegance and flowing water motifs of the Alhambra Palace.
With her love for patterns, colors and matchy ensembles, Emily Cooper’s look also featured a head-turning monochromatic style.
The red outfit was from French fashion designer Marine Serre’s 2024 Fall/Winter collection.
The layered look featured a see-through red monogram long-sleeved top paired with mesh flock tights. Completing the look, the outfit was finished with a red recycled moire bubble mini dress, adding depth, texture and a bold, fashion-forward edge.
