Guy Fieri shared a tribute to his son Hunter Fieri to mark his 30th birthday.

The restauranteur also shared rare snaps of Hunter.

“We couldn’t be more proud of you,” he wrote.

Guy Fieri is taking a moment to celebrate his oldest son Hunter Fieri as he reaches a major milestone. Hunter, a producer and actor, celebrated his 30th birthday on August 13—and his dad marked the occasion by sharing a series of rarely seen photos on Instagram.

In the first photo, the resemblance was uncanny—Guy and his son stood side-by-side, both sporting the signature Fieri goatee and spiky hair. Guy rocked his famous bleached blonde hair, however, while Hunter stuck with his natural brunette.

Other photos saw Hunter as a young blonde child hanging out with his younger brother Ryder, 20. More recent photos featured Hunter and his wife of almost one year Tara Bernstein.

Alongside these snaps, Guy shared a long, heartfelt statement, reflecting on his son’s life so far.

“Happy 30th birthday to my best friend/son HUNTER,” Guy began.“WTH!! Where did 30 years go?!” he then reflected. “It’s been an amazing adventure with you Hunter. From your long delivery, to the first year of not sleeping well, to all of a sudden you turned into this amazing little kid that always sought adventure.”

Guy then took a moment to mention his wife and Hunter’s mom Lori Fieri. “You gave your mom and I the greatest life lessons and experiences,” he wrote. “You are such a kind, respectful and genuine person… we couldn’t be more proud of you. You’ve done an amazing job getting to 30 and we look forward to what comes next.”

For the past few years, Guy and his son, who jokingly calls himself the Prince of FlavorTown on social media, have been collaborating on the Food Network.

“Everybody that does shows like I do needs a counterpart,” Guy said to People of their work together.

“Someone has got to be the counter balance or the foil. And Hunter is, one, my best friend, and, two, my kid, and three, a really good, aware co-host. He gets it. He knows television, he understands what we need, what we got to do.”
