Jennifer Garner told Kylie Kelce during the Feb. 26 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast that Botox isn’t for her after trying it and feeling self-conscious about the results
The actress told Kelce that she opts for bangs and annual non-invasive dermatologist treatments instead
Garner went on to tell Kelce that she supports others’ cosmetic choices and won’t promise her kids she’ll avoid future treatments like facelifts
Jennifer Garner is keeping it real when it comes to her face.
The 53-year-old actress and mom of three opened up about her decision not to get Botox despite having previously tried it.
“Of course, I've tried Botox and all that, but it takes very little to completely freeze my forehead,” the 13 Going on 30 actress explained on the Thursday, Feb. 26 episode of Kylie Kelce’s Not Gonna Lie podcast.
“And then I just feel so conspicuous, like I've got a walking billboard. I might as well get a tattoo of something, you know, across it. It's horrible. So, no, the Botox in the forehead, unfortunately, is not for me.”

However, that doesn’t mean that Garner never suffers from insecurities when it comes to her face but luckily, she’s come up with a simple solution.
“I do, I have creasy wrinkles, and I'm just they're gonna have to just be there,” she said, adding, “So sometimes I get bangs.”
Without going into much detail, Garner also shared that she visits a dermatologist annually to get non-invasive treatments.

“So don't think that I don't have something in there because I haven't done surgery,” she shared. “I haven't, I would tell you if I had. I haven't done any of that stuff."
"But once a year, I go see someone, and I'm like, I'm a pin cushion. I can't really tell the difference after because that's what I've noticed: The more you spend on a dermatologist doing a bunch of things to your face, the less you can tell that they've done it. And somehow, that's a good thing. I don't know why. But I will go pay them so much money to say, ‘I don't want to see it.’ ”

Garner added that she doesn’t criticize anyone for choosing to use Botox or undergo any cosmetic procedures, however.
“I also think that anyone who wants to do whatever they wanna do, they look beautiful. They look beautiful,” she said.
Garner, who is mom to kids Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 14, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, added that she’s refused to promise her kids anything when it comes to future treatments.
“My kids are like, ‘Mom, promise us you'll never get a facelift.’ And I say, ‘I am unlikely to rush toward a facelift,’ ” the Alias star explained. “And yet I refuse to make that promise because I am me today, and I don't know how I'm gonna feel.”
