Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday mocked President Donald Trump for doing exactly what he attacked his predecessor for supposedly doing.

“Trump has been in office now for almost two years, and he’s still trying to blame everything he doesn’t like on Joe Biden,” Kimmel said before rolling a clip of the president attacking his predecessor.

“Sleepy Joe Biden, have you heard of him?” Trump asked during an Oval Office meeting.

“No, I haven’t heard of him,” Kimmel snarked. “You’ve never mentioned him before.”

What happened next was truly ironic.

“Then, only minutes after invoking the name ‘sleepy Joe Biden,’ nappy Don Trump drifted off to dreamland on live TV,” Kimmel said, and rolled clips of the president appearing to doze during his own event.

“Even Mitch McConnell was like, ‘Bro, wake up!’” Kimmel cracked.

Trump, for the record, has insisted he is awake during such moments but is merely “blinking.”

“Sometimes they’ll take a picture of me blinking, blinking, and they’ll catch me with the blink,” Trump told the Wall Street Journal earlier this year.
