Katherine Heigl is officially letting go of her longtime Utah home.

The Grey's Anatomy star, 47, has listed her stunning 25-acre property nestled in the mountains for $10.6 million. The home — which Heigl shares with her husband Josh Kelley — features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, spread out across more than 8,000 square feet of space.

Located 15 miles outside of Park City in Oakley, the property is where Heigl and Kelley have lived for the past 18 years with their three children, according to the listing, which is held by Paul Benson of Engel & Völkers Park City. The couple share daughters Nancy Leigh "Naleigh" Mi-Eun, 17, Adalaide Marie Hope, 14, and son Joshua Bishop, 9.

Heigl told theWall Street Journal that it wasn't an easy decision for their family to part ways with the home: “It's been very hard to decide to let it go. I'm a real sort-of homebody and creature of habit.”

However, her children are a big reason why she and Kelley are deciding to downsize, as she says, “when they're all gone—all slaying their own dragons and living their lives—it's just you and me in this giant house on this giant land.”

The couple will relocate to their blue Victorian farmhouse located near their longtime abode, which they purchased a year ago to restore, per the WSJ.

They built their sprawling home in 2008, one year after Heigl purchased the lot for $1 million in 2007 — the same year she wed Kelley. According to the outlet, the couple made Utah their official home base in 2012 after previously splitting their time between there and Los Angeles.

Heigl said she's worked to cater the home to her hobbies throughout the years, including an art studio located in a standalone building on the property, as well as putting her extensive yarn collection on display in their home theater.

There's also a “listening shack” on the property that Kelley restored, according to the outlet. It's made from “two-hundred-year-old reclaimed oak” and it's also insulated and heated, making it a perfect spot for gatherings, per the listing.

Heigl added to the WSJ of the customizations they made to the home: “That was the fun part of getting older, growing up, and understanding who you are.”
