Kylie Jenner has officially sold her longtime Southern California mansion.

According to the listing — which was held by Million Dollar Listing alums Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman — the sprawling Hidden Hills home was sold for $15.3 million. Property records indicate the sale was completed on Friday, Sept. 11.

Jenner, 29, first listed her abode for $20.25 million in March, PEOPLE previously reported. One month later, the property received a $2.3 million price cut, bringing the asking price down to $17.99 million. The home had a pending sale status as of Wednesday, Sept. 2, before it was sold for about $2.7 million less at the final price of $15.3 million.

PEOPLE has reached out to Josh and Matt Altman for comment but did not receive an immediate response.

Jenner first purchased the property in late 2016 for $12.05 million when she was 19 years old, records indicate.

The house spans more than 13,000 square feet and is situated on a private 1.4-acre lot. It boasts eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, a private theater, a game room with a wet bar, an office with a fireplace, a gym and a massage room.

Other impressive features include “resort-like grounds” with a pool and spa, an expansive covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit lounge. There’s also a six-car garage included on the property, as well as an attached guest residence with its own entrance, bedroom, bath, kitchenette, sitting area and courtyard.

The sale comes after Jenner — who is mom to daughter Stormi, 8, and son Aire, 4 — shared a vlog to her YouTube channel showing off the construction site of her new dream home that she’s currently building in Hidden Hills.

According to Architectural Digest, the reality TV star and beauty mogul first purchased an empty five-acre plot of land in Hidden Hills for $15 million in 2020.

Since the purchase, she’s offered her followers a few rare glimpses of the progress at her Los Angeles County home. The Kardashians star shared a few of the most notable design elements through a series of Instagram Stories in January, including her “dream two-story closet.”

In her Sept. 6 vlog, titled “building my dream house,” Jenner told her fans: “I really wasn’t going to post about it, but it’s kind of all over the internet anyway. So I have to do some approvals and you’re coming along with me. Let’s go.”

The Kylie Cosmetics founder referred to her new abode as her “beautiful dream Italian home” while showing off the exterior stone and windows of the building. She also offered a look at the lush landscaping adjacent to her “reclaimed cobblestone” driveway, which includes a field of lavender and “ancient” olive trees.

Inside, she gave a tour of some additional design details, including the “gorgeous” reclaimed wood that would be used for the flooring, as well as the wood she’ll be using for her kitchen cabinetry. Making her way into the basement, she also revealed the future sites of a gym and spa area.

At the end of the vlog, Jenner admitted, “I feel like I’ve been working on this for so long, and I’m just ready for it to be done and to move in.”
