Madison LeCroy and her husband Brett are celebrating a major milestone in their little one's life.

Working alongside her husband, her Southern Charm costar Molly Moore and the team at Minted Concierge, the reality TV star, 35, hosted a Mediterranean-inspired first birthday party for daughter Teddi. The extravagant affair, which LeCroy says she wanted to feel "elevated, but still playful and family-focused," came to life with an assortment of soft blues, lemons and playful stripes.

"I honestly can’t believe we’re already celebrating Teddi turning one. It feels like yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital," the loving mom tells PEOPLE, reflecting on her daughter's milestone. "We tossed around a few ideas, but I kept coming back to a Mediterranean-inspired theme because it felt fresh, timeless, and perfect for summer."

She adds, "I loved the soft blues, lemons, coastal details and the overall relaxed atmosphere. It felt very 'Teddi' and fit our family perfectly."

When planning her daughter's first birthday party, LeCroy says the only thing she truly wanted was a "beautiful, welcoming space" where her family and friends could celebrate together. As Teddi is at the age where she loves music, dancing and being around people, the doting mom explains that finding somewhere with plenty of space for her to interact and play with people was paramount for her.

LeCroy's full vision for the party came together with the help of Minted's independent artists — Jelena Vuletic's birthday party invitations, welcome sign, limoncello cart and bar signs and favor tags and stickers, Sara Hicks Malone's place cards, and Elizabeth Bishop's gift wrap — and other vendors, like the Katie Buds, Stradley Davidson,Cheers and Emerson James. She explains that getting together the decor for the affair was one of her "favorite parts" with planning the party.

"The decor was honestly one of my favorite parts. I loved seeing everything come together from the invitations all the way through the day-of details," she says. "Minted helped bring the vision to life in such a cohesive way. The invitations set the tone from the start, and then we carried those same design elements throughout the signage, welcome displays, menus, and personalized details around the party. Everything felt polished but still personal, which was exactly what I wanted."

As for the menu, the loving mom explains she and her team leaned deeply into the Mediterranean theme, offering fresh options, seafood, salads and light summer-inspired dishes on beautiful displays. The coastal theme also served as the inspiration for the signature, adults-only cocktails and the kid-friendly snacks and treats.

"It was important that everyone—from babies to grandparents—had something they loved," she shares.

In addition to all the foods, drinks and snacks, the party was filled with tons of fun activities for Teddi and her fellow little ones to enjoy.

"We wanted the party to feel interactive and fun, especially for the younger guests," LeCroy says. "We had play areas, activities for the kids, and plenty of opportunities for everyone to gather and celebrate."

Between all the good food and positive energy from partygoers, the loving mom says her daughter was "smiling nonstop."

"Teddi’s favorite thing was honestly just being surrounded by all of her favorite people," she explains. "She was smiling nonstop and loved dancing whenever music came on."

For LeCroy, celebrating this major milestone meant much more than marking her daughter's first year of life. The mom of two, who is also mom to son Hudson, 13, with ex-husband Josh Hughes, explains that the party was "extra special" because it signified a whole year of them being a family of four.

"This birthday felt extra special because it wasn’t just a celebration of Teddi turning one. It was also a celebration of our first year as a family with her," LeCroy says. "We’re so grateful for everyone who has loved and supported her along the way. Working with Minted helped us create a celebration that felt thoughtful, beautiful, and uniquely ours, and we’ll cherish these memories forever."

Over the past year, LeCroy tells PEOPLE that she's experienced so many favorite moments during her daughter's first year of life. While she admits there are too many amazing moments to count, she says watching her personality develop has been "incredible."

"Her first smile, hearing her laugh, seeing her recognize us, all of those little moments mean so much," she shares. "Becoming a mom to Teddi has been the greatest joy of my life. Every stage has been my favorite stage until the next one comes along."

"She’s becoming so independent and curious," LeCroy continues. "Every week feels like a new milestone. She’s exploring everything, trying to communicate more, and discovering the world around her. Right now, she loves music, dancing, being outdoors and following us around the house. She keeps us laughing every day."

Looking ahead to the year ahead, LeCroy says she's simply excited to see the person her daughter grows into, adding she's ready for all the "fun milestones ahead."

"I’m excited to watch her continue to grow into her own little person," she says. "There are so many fun milestones ahead — more words, more adventures, family trips, holidays, and creating new traditions together. Every stage has been such a gift, and I can’t wait to see what this next year brings."
