Meghan Markle might make her first public appearance in the UK soon. According to a report, she has a “notorious” habit of drawing attention at glamorous events. It was suggested that she could appear at the premiere of the film “Close Personal Friends.” Although the movie is still in post-production, a royal expert claimed the Duchess of Sussex might make its premiere event her first official appearance since her return.

Meghan Markle’s first public appearance in the UK is still due. Earlier this month, the Sussexes returned to Britain after leaving in 2020. Although they remain non-working royals, they never fail to grab the public’s attention. While Prince Harry has made his official appearance multiple times, the Duchess has kept things private.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told The Daily Express that Markle might be planning a grand appearance. “Meghan is known not to be a shrinking violet. She is notorious for her ruthless positivity and her fondness for glamorous appearances.” He hinted at the potential premiere of Jason Orley’s movie, “Close Personal Friends.”

It stars A-listers, including Brie Larson, Lily Collins, Henry Golding, and Jack Quaid. But Markle has also bagged a cameo role in the movie. She appeared as herself — Duchess of Sussex — in the new film. It is said to still be in post-production, but the expert suggested that the Suits alum might use the premiere event for her first UK appearance.

“Meghan’s cameo in the film Close Personal Friends, where she plays herself, might lead to a red carpet appearance. Though the film is in post-production and she hasn’t reportedly got much to do in it,” Fitzwilliams said.

While she has not been spotted in public, Markle has, however, made her presence known through social media. On September 13, she posted a video on her Instagram, giving a glimpse of her family’s return to the UK.
