Phoebe Bridgers is back with her first new solo single in four years!
On Friday, June 26, the indie-rock singer-songwriter released "Lost Boys," the lead single from her upcoming album Lost Weekend.
On the mid-tempo folk-rock song, which features Peter Pan metaphors, Bridgers, 31, sings, "Lost boys / Never grow up, never go home / Lost boys / Never spend their lunch money, yeah / Lost boys / Never grow up, never get old / Lost boys / Find me."
The lush track was produced by Tony Berg, Ethan Gruska, Jack Antonoff, Alex G and Bridgers, and features additional vocals from Boygenius band members Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus, as well as instrumentation from Antonoff.
Alongside the single, Bridgers shared a music video for "Lost Boys," where she takes on a Renaissance Fair-like role in suburbia, where she spends time riding on the back of a knight's motorcycle.
At one point in the video, she gets dinner with a group of live-action role players (LARPers) before visiting a convenience store for snacks, where she interacts with a cashier, played by Skyler Gisondo.
Gisondo, 29, becomes smitten by Bridgers and practices his sword-fighting skills before joining the LARPers.

By the end of the video, Bridgers and her fellow knights have a dance party in the dark in the woods, and fantasy blurs with reality as she and Gisondo end up in an old-school video game.
The overall medieval aesthetic is courtesy of Lance Oppenheim and Pablo Rochat, who directed the video and created the 2024 HBO docuseries Ren Faire.
"Lost Boys" comes on the heels of Bridgers announcing her first album in six years on Wednesday, June 24 with Lost Weekend.

Bridgers recently performed a run of pop-up shows across the U.S., leading up to the announcement.
On June 4, the "Motion Sickness" artist played a sold-out show at New York City's Madison Square Garden.
She also recently announced The Lost Tour earlier this month, which sold out in North America and the U.K. within hours of tickets going on sale.
Bridgers is set to kick off the tour on Sept. 14 in Indianapolis, which will be phone-free. At this time, the shows will conclude on Dec. 12 in Stockholm.
