RFK Jr., also known as Robert F Kennedy Jr., recently disclosed the items on his Super Bowl menu on February 8, 2026. This led to the MAHA (Make America Healthy Again) CEO receiving intense backlash from internet users on social media. The Health and Human Services Secretary went on to share his diet while speaking at Fox News’ Sunday Briefing.
RFK Jr. gets trolled over Super Bowl menu
Robert F Kennedy, aka RFK Jr, recently sat down for a chat with Fox News, where he shared the menu he set for himself for Super Bowl 2026.
RFK Jr conveyed that he would have yogurt as a part of his Super Bowl diet. He said, “You know, I am on a carnivore diet, so I just eat meat and ferments, and I’m very happy with that. So I’m going to probably have a yogurt.”
The HHS recently teamed up with legendary boxer Mike Tyson for the new ad for his MAHA movement, spreading awareness around obesity. Considering that major Super Bowl diets include junk and fried food items, RFK Jr stated that, “People can eat what they want.”
However, he urged people to check the ingredients thoroughly. He added, “You can even eat Buffalo wings, but you should check the ingredients. There’s a lot of seed oils, and there’s—if there is corn syrup in it, if there’s artificial flavors, you probably shouldn’t be doing it.”

RFK Jr’s Super Bowl menu item has stirred chaos on social media, with many calling out his preference. A user on X (formerly Twitter) said, “This is getting really annoying. Talking to us like we’re full blown idiots who don’t know what healthy or unhealthy. Why don’t you call out the government that you’re part of for purposely poisoning us for decades/ what a dog and pony show.”
Another user wrote, “RFK Jr. says he’s going to eat yogurt during the Super Bowl to comply with his carnivore diet, urges Americans to check their buffalo wings for seed oils and corn syrup. His dedication to the game is hilarious.”
A third user commented, “I guess he’ll be watching alone. Carnivore diet creates constipation and terrible gaseous emissions.”
