Eight months after husband Ozzy Osbourne's death, Sharon Osbourne is listing their home.

The television personality, 73, listed the Los Angeles estate she shared with Ozzy Osbourne for $17 million. The couple purchased the circa-1920s home in 2015 for $11.85 million, per property records.

The Osbourne's first contemplated selling the home before Ozzy's death, putting it on the market for $18 million in July 2022 and lowering the price to $17.5 million, before taking it off the market. At the time, they were considering a full-time move to the U.K., where they own an estate in Buckinghamshire, England.

The sale of the property is being handled by Jonah Wilson & Josh Greer of Carolwood Estates.

Located in L.A.'s Hancock Park neighborhood, the Mediterranean-style home features 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a home theater and a pool covered in hand-laid mosaic tile. About five miles from downtown, the half-acre estate has a main house that spans about 10,200-square-feet, along with a guesthouse.

The Osbournes spent several years renovating the house while preserving its early 20th-century character and architecture, Greer told The Wall Street Journal.

The red carpet-clad home theater features a fire place covered in signatures of stars who visited the home over the decades, including Elvis Presley, Mel Tormé and Natalie Wood. This tradition was started by the home’s previous owner, radio host Frank Bresee, and continued by the Osbournes, Greer said.

The Osbournes also renovated the guesthouse and replaced the pool, according to Wilson.

In January 2020, Ozzy revealed that he’d been diagnosed in 2003 with Parkinson’s disease, a nervous system disorder that affects movement.

The Black Sabbath frontman died in at 76 on July 22 2025 in Buckinghamshire, just 17 days after performing his final concert with Black Sabbath, a charity concert which raised more than $190 million which raised millions for charities, including Cure Parkinson’s.

In a February 2026 interview with Bunnie Xo, Sharon said Ozzy insisted on doing the concert, even though he knew he was dying. “Two weeks before the show, they said he could probably die, and he did," Sharon said. "But he wanted to do it so bad,"

"He needed it. And [he was] like, ‘Whether I die in two weeks or I die in six months, I’m still dying. And I want to go my way." she continued.
