Vera Wang posed for a makeup-free selfie in a new Instagram post.
“STUCK in my bed sneezing a lot,” she wrote in the caption. “So staying here...my real office.”
The fashion designer turned 77 back in June.
Vera Wang went bare-faced in a new selfie she shared from the comfort of her own bed. The 77-year-old fashion designer revealed that she was resting up after coming down with a cold.

Wang sported a black tank in the candid snapshot, wearing her long, highlighted tresses straightened.
In July, Wang started off her 77th year with two different hair transformations. After celebrating her birthday sporting a sleek, old money-coded bob, she stepped out at Paris Haute Couture Week with waist-length highlights.
Wang, who turned 77 on June 27, attended Schiaparelli’s fashion show on July 6 in a gray sleeveless minidress. She layered the skintight piece underneath a black vest covered in three-dimensional pleats, adding a pair of leggings and Christian Louboutin boots.

Wang also accessorized with a statement cocktail ring and oversized sunglasses, completing her look with a surrealist Schiaparelli clutch, which appeared to have fingers sticking out of it.
The fashion designer’s straightened brunette tresses were interspersed with honey blonde streaks—another style that screams old money. Inspired by the polished, effortless style of icons like Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, the trend embraces quiet luxury in the form of timeless cuts and glossy finishes.
On June 30, Wang shared several photos from her Parisian birthday bash on Instagram. She celebrated at one of the fanciest hotels in Paris, Plaza Athénée, modeling a ruched white halter-neck gown.

“JUST DOWN THE HALL!!! B’DAY TIME!!!” Wang captioned her photo dump, which also saw her with a head of blonde hair. This time around, it was styled in a collarbone-grazing lob.
The last time that Wang went blonde was back in May, when she walked the red carpet at the 2026 Met Gala. Wang paired her platinum locks with a slinky little black dress from her own label, which bared her entire midsection.
