Harry Potter has a new home!
The complete Harry Potter audiobook series is now available to Spotify Premium listeners around the world, thanks to Spotify and Pottermore Publishing. The books arrived on the streaming service on Wednesday, July 1 to those in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
The seven audiobooks feature narration by Stephen Fry in all markets, and also Jim Dale in the U.S. and Canada.

“This is an iconic series of books, narrated by two legends and loved by generations of fans around the world. The popular book series by J.K. Rowling began in 1997 with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, and continued with Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
The books about the life of a young wizard were adapted into a movie series that debuted in 2001 with Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint.

Select Spotify markets will also have a few spin-off books, including The Tales of Beedle the Bard, narrated by Jude Law, Noma Dumezweni and Bonnie Wright; Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, narrated by Eddie Redmayne; and Quidditch Through the Ages, narrated by Andrew Lincoln.

Several of those stars have ties to the Harry Potter community with Wright starring in the original movie series, Dumezweni in the West End production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and Redmayne and Law in the Fantastic Beasts movie series.

The movie soundtracks are also on Spotify.
In April, interest in the fantasy book series increased by 156% within a month, according to a report from the language-learning app Preply. The findings came amid the upcoming debut of the Harry Potter series on HBO.
The new TV series, debuting in December, promises to reflect the books with more detail than the eight films.
